현재까지 개발된 거버넌스 기능 외에 추가 개선사항을 반영하기 위해 업데이트 일정이 6월 말 ~ 7월 초로 변경되었습니다.

About Governance
aKAI 단일 vault 예치자들이 Kai Auto의 정책에 직접 투표하여 방향성을 결정할 수 있도록 합니다.
거버넌스 기능을 보유한 aKAI를 단일 vault에 예치하여 aKAI 보상을 분배받고, voting power을 얻을 수 있습니다. 해당 Voting power로 거버넌스에서 Kai Auto의 주요 정책들을 결정하게 됩니다.
이는 의결권을 확보하기 위한 aKAI의 수요를 창출하고, 결과적으로 aKAI 단일 vault 예치 참여의 증가와 aKAI의 가치 상승을 유도합니다.
How to vote?
- 제안 건 당 1지갑 1회 투표 가능하며, 제안 시작 시 스냅샷에 기록된 voting power(단일 Vault 내 예치된 aKAI)를 기준으로 투표 결과에 영향을 미칩니다.
ex) Yes에 투표 시 나의 Voting power가 10 aKAI라면 Yes에 10aKAI 만큼 표 수가 증가된다.
Yes에 1지갑 투표(voting power : 10 aKAI), NO에 2지갑 투표 ( voting power : 총 3 aKAI) => 투표 결과는 Yes로 결정된다. - 투표가 시작된 시점에 전체 지갑에 대해 스냅샷 처리하여, 각 지갑별로 투표에 참여할 수 있는 aKAI 수량을 확정합니다. 투표가 시작된 이후 추가로 aKAI 단일 vault에 예치하여 획득한 voting power은 행사할 수 없습니다.
- 한 번 투표된 내역에 대해서는 변경이 불가합니다.
Who can vote?
단일 aKAI vault에 aKAI를 예치한 모든 사용자는 제안에 투표할 수 있습니다. 각 사용자(지갑 주소)는 1개의 투표권을 가지며 투표는 단일 vault에 예치된 aKAI의 양에 비례하여 가중치가 부여됩니다.
How does it work?
- 투표 종료 시점에 최종 가결 기준에 따라 투표 결과가 확정되며, 확정 후 259200 블록(약 3일) 뒤 투표 결과는 서비스에 적용됩니다.
- 참여 가능 투표권 : 투표가 시작된 시점의 스냅샷 기준으로 총 투표에 참여할 수 있는 투표권 수의 총합
- 최소 참여 기준 : 참여 가능 투표권 수량 기준, 최소 30%이상 참여해야 유효한 투표로 인정
- 최종 가결 기준 : 총 투표자가 최소 참여 기준 이상이면서, 총 투표수의 과반수 이상 찬성하는 경우

About Auto Maximizer
이 서비스는 Klaytn 네트워크에서 최대 유동성 규모를 자랑하는 KLAYswap의 거버넌스 토큰 KSP를 시작으로, 스테이킹된 거버넌스 토큰을 유동화하여 자본 효율성을 제공하기위한 서비스 입니다.
Kai Auto는 Klaytn 및 KLAYswap 생태계와 동반 성장하기 위해 KLAYswap 유동성 공급자들에게 최소한의 수수료로 최적의 수율을 제공하는 Auto compounding 기능을 운영하고 있습니다.
Kai Auto 거버넌스 도입과 함께 KSP 등 주요 거버넌스 토큰들의 투자 진입장벽을 낮추고, 매도 압력을 줄여 유동성을 안정화 시키고, Klaytn 생태계 전체 거버넌스 참여율을 높이려고 합니다.
자세한 내용은 아래와 같습니다.
- 사용자가 KSP를 Kai Auto에 예치하면 해당 KSP는 KLAYswap에서 최대 부스트 배율의 vKSP로 lock 되고, amKSP(가칭)가 KSP 와 1:1 비율로 Mint되어 사용자에게 지급됩니다.
- amKSP의 가격은 대부분 KSP 가격과 동일하겠지만, 시장 상황에 따라 KSP/amKSP 간의 가격 변동이 생길 수 있습니다.
- KSP/amKSP 가격이 변동되면 amKSP 홀더 및 KSP 투자자들의 시장 참여로 인해 가격이 맞춰지게 됩니다.
ex) amKSP가 페그 아래로 떨어지면 KSP로 amKSP를 저렴한 가격에 매입할 수 있어 amKSP 수요가 늘어나 페그가 복원되게 됩니다.
amKSP 가격이 높아지면 Kai Auto에서 KSP로 amKSP를 Mint 하여 공급량이 늘어나 시장 가격에 맞춰지게 됩니다. - Kai Auto에 amKSP를 스테이킹하면 사용자는 자산을 Lock하지 않고도 최대 부스트 vKSP의 리워드를 얻을 수 있습니다. amKSP는 언제든지 언스테이크 할 수 있습니다.
- Kai Auto는 사용자 수율 극대화를 목표로 KLAYswap 거버넌스에 참여할 것입니다. 그리하여 amKSP/KSP 풀에 대한 KSP 보상을 높이고 Kai Auto 내 유동성 상위 Vault들의 KSP 보상을 높이는 것에 투표권을 사용할 것 입니다.

We will inform you about Kai Auto’s Governance function and the new service Auto Maximizer and update schedule.
Update schedule
The update schedule has been changed from the end of June to the beginning of July to reflect additional improvements in addition to the governance functions developed so far.
- Added Auto Maximizer, a new service
- Governance Contract Transparency Improvement
- Added the ability to initiate agenda directly by governance participants
- Automatic application of voting results through timelock contract
More information on additional features will be announced at the time of the update.
So far, the governance development has proceeded as follows. (Except for further improvements)
About Governance
aKAI single-vault depositors can vote directly on Kai Auto’s policies to determine direction. By depositing aKAI with governance function in a single vault, aKAI rewards can be distributed and voting power can be obtained. This voting power will determine Kai Auto’s major policies in governance. This creates a demand for aKAI to secure voting rights, which in turn leads to an increase in participation in aKAI single vault deposits and an increase in the value of aKAI.
How to vote?
- You can vote once per wallet per proposal, and the voting results are affected based on the voting power recorded in the snapshot at the beginning of the proposal (aKAI deposited in a single vault).
ex) When voting for Yes, if my voting power is 10 aKAI, the number of votes for Yes is increased by 10aKAI.
1 wallet vote for Yes (voting power: 10 aKAI), 2 wallet vote for NO (voting power: 3 aKAI total) => The voting result is decided as Yes. - When voting starts, snapshots of the entire wallet are processed to determine the amount of aKAI that can participate in voting for each wallet. After voting starts, voting power acquired by depositing additionally in aKAI single vault cannot be exercised.
- Once voted, it cannot be changed.
Who can vote?
Any user who deposits aKAI in a single aKAI vault can vote on the proposal. Each user (wallet address) has 1 vote, and votes are weighted proportionally to the amount of aKAI deposited in a single vault.
How does it work?
- The voting results are confirmed according to the final voting criteria, and after 259200 blocks (about 3 days), the voting results are automatically applied to the service due to the contract registered in Timelock.
- Participation Voting Rights: The total number of votes available to participate in the total voting based on the snapshot at the time the voting started.
- Minimum participation criteria: Based on the quantity of Participation Voting Rights, at least 30% participation is required to be considered a valid vote
- Final voting criteria: When the total number of voters exceeds the Minimum participation criteria and more than half of the total votes in favor

About Auto Maximizer
This service is to provide capital efficiency by providing liquidity for staked governance tokens, starting with KSP, the governance token of KLAYswap, which boasts the largest liquidity scale on the Klaytn network.
In order to grow together with the Klaytn and KLAYswap ecosystems, Kai Auto has operated an auto compounding function that provides optimal yields with minimal fees to KLAYswap liquidity providers.
At the same time as introducing governance to Kai Auto, we intend to lower the barrier to entry for investment of Klaytn’s major governance tokens, stabilize liquidity by reducing selling pressure, and increase participation in governance of the entire Klaytn ecosystem.
Details are below.
- When a user deposits KSP in Kai Auto, the corresponding KSP is locked with vKSP of the maximum boost multiplier in KLAYswap, and amKSP (tentative name) is minted with KSP at a 1:1 ratio and paid to the user.
- The price of amKSP is mostly the same as that of KSP, but there may be price fluctuations between KSP/amKSP depending on market conditions.
- If the KSP/amKSP price fluctuates, the price will be adjusted due to the market participation of amKSP holders and KSP investors.
ex) If amKSP falls below the peg, amKSP can be purchased at a low price with KSP, increasing the demand for amKSP and restoring the peg.
When the price of amKSP increases, if you Mint amKSP with KSP from KAI AUTO, the supply of amKSP will increase to the market price. - By staking amKSP on Kai Auto, users can earn rewards of max boost vKSP without locking their assets. amKSP can unstake at any time.
- Kai Auto will participate in KLAYswap governance with the goal of maximizing user yield. Thus, we will use our voting rights to increase the KSP reward for the amKSP/KSP pool and to increase the KSP reward for the liquidity Vaults in Kai Auto.
*Users will be able to freely swap amKSP for KSP.
*The proportion of vKSP voting rights used can be determined by voting in Kai Auto Governance.
